I recently had my truck worked on here and the owner Ryan and his team did an exceptional job in working with me to fix my concerns and my truck! My truck had been to 8 shops before them with no luck. They took the time to make sure they wouldnt be the 9th!

They are the most knowledgeable & honest mechanic shop that I've ever done business with. The staff are all so nice & remember who you are when you call & are just all great people. My car had an issue that wasn't an easy fix & they troubleshooted the problem, researched the most effective solution to the problem and executed it seamlessly. My car has been on point since & if anything else goes wrong in the future there is no question that they will be the only shop I will call. A+ %

From the first interaction, to picking up the car, Auto Pros were fabulous. I dropped in to get a quote and Tori took care of it immediately even though the car in question was in Cali at the time. Very professional

So I took my truck here with some concerns that I had about how it was shifting and stuff like that and gas consumption they had it for over two weeks gave it back to me with a misfire still that they knew of and my truck ran worse after I got it back from them and started throwing new codes so when I called them and asked if I could bring it back into get it looked at for these codes that popped up after they had it they told me it’d be another $200 fee to get it inspected and that if they found something wrong that they caused, they would cover it. Yeah, like they would find something wrong that they did and admit it so now my truck is just sitting in my garage not running after spending $2400 at their shop. When it drove when I brought it there. So update after I wrote this is that Ryan the owner got a hold of me to talk about the issues and sent a tow truck to come get my truck and take it back to the shop to figure out what happened and what was going on in the situation. In my opinion he went above and beyond the expectations I had to correct the situation. He handled it all himself calling me, checking on my truck, making sure it was gonna get fixed And figured out.
