In my search for a mechanic who could convince me of their competence, alacrity and fairness, I was fortunate to discover Auto Pros in Oregon City. I am a pilot and an Air Force veteran and look upon the technicians who oversee my airplane mechanical integrity with a very clear and simple consciousness: they hold our lives in their hands. We can never take them for granted and owe them our complete respect. It is the same in the automotive world. I found a team who meets my expectations at the Auto Pros shop in Oregon City. The clarity in understanding my truck's needs began with Sadie, who works at the front desk and could give me a very good approximation of the work needed to be done. Her colleagues TJ and Ethan replaced the disc brakes in front and a pinion seal on the differential. These are the last things one would want to fail in the hilly country of West Linn. They diagnosed other signs and symptoms and consulted with me for their repair. It is such a gratifying feeling to trust my vehicle with the competent and cheerful people from Auto Pros. Thank you, all.
