I shoulda known to go to AutoPro FIRST, instead of the dealer. They corrected the overcharge items the dealer the dealer recommended very nicely, didn´t charge me anything for the inspection. It would have been better to have them do the work that actually needed to be done in the first place. Well, next time, I go there first. It was quick and easy. Thanks, AutoPro!

Sadly for me it's the place my beloved Cadillac CTS went to die :( On a positive note, these guys (& girls) are the most knowledgeable staff around. i limped my cts to their shop where they did a complete diagnosis and determined that my cam shaft had been overly tightened (1 year 3 months prior & $6000 + replacement of timing chain at Tim's Automotive Repair in Clackamas ) and was in pieces now. So I was now out of warranty and out of money because Tim's Automotive warranty on the work I had done was 12 months 12,000 miles (which ever comes first) and as of the day I learned what was wrong it had been 1 year 3 months since they worked on it so I was burnt and not at all worth the cost to fix $9000 of work on a $4000 car not to mention i already overpaid Tim's a year and 3 months prior to the tune of $6000 for timing replacement so needless to say the cts was given it's last rights and will soon be in a u-pull it near you! The silver lining in this dark cloud is the fact that I now have a great shop (Auto Pros) who when u do have another car issue will be using them in the near future. I also should mention i got to meet the owner (sorry I forgot hs name) and we talked and he even showed me his sign room upstairs which has some dope neon pieces hanging their. He was very nice and very easy to talk to so that was cool.. :)

These guys are Amazing.Being a single female has left me pretty frustrated in the past when dealing with other mechanics. Not only were they friendly and answered all of my questions but did not make me feel intimidated or pressured to purchase anything that was unnecessary.

Ryan and his team are knowledgeable, responsive, and exceptional in car repair. I had an emergency with my 2016 Subaru and they were amazing in diagnosing and resolving the issue. I would recommend them to anyone who has a car or truck. Very professional and personable! Appreciate you guys a lot and will not hesitate coming back!

I am SO thankful to have found an honest mechanic I can trust!! AND His prices are fair. The owner only charges for a battery and not for the installation labor. AND he was flexible getting me in for a battery change. His honesty- He wasn’t convinced I needed a new battery when he tested it, therefore he suggested he get a second opinion from another shop to make sure he didn’t charge me for a new one if I didn’t need one. I did end up needing one and while I waited, I chatted with the gal at the desk, who manages the place, as she shared her positive experiences working with everyone there. Private owned business who treats each other like family, owner is generous and respectful to his employees, and is honest and fair - that is what I gathered from my experience. I’ll be taking my Honda CRV 2020 back there for all its needs now 😃
